Hi, I’m Lola. Receiving a haircut is a deeply communal experience during which I am honored to support your autonomy in your visual representation.

I like to maintain a no-pressure type of atmosphere. I enjoy quiet presence just as much as intentional conversation and will be sure to continuously check in with you during our time spent together. If there’s something specific you’ve been dreaming of, I will meet you where you are and help facilitate your vision. If your goal is a little more nebulous, I will offer ideas and options to consider until the final look becomes clear. My style of haircutting lives somewhere in between editorial haircutting and barbering, I love to create disconnected stylized, more creative looks but I’m not your design shaved-in barber type (that’s my coworker Jess!). I live for curls of all lengths and love guiding others through care, styling, and balance in their hair. My relationship to color is a bit different from some coworkers which is what makes us a great team, my preference is for the gloss and gray coverage colors. That means you won’t find me using lightener for blonding, dimensional looks, or party colors. However, if shining your hair up, creating tonal enhancement, blending, or covering your grays is part of the vision, I am here to help.

My way of unwinding is cooking, it allows me to be creative and connect with others. I love salsa, the music and the spicy stuff. Honestly, I think that “hot sauce” is a great discussion topic. I’m a super introvert and only leave my cave during daytime hours, at night you can find me chefing it up with my little family, watching horror movies, or cuddling with my senior pups. I’m a lover of all critters, but at my core, I’m a Dog Person. I need my morning walk to set the tone for my day and help keep me present in my life, my body, and my work.

While many of my haircuts contain, clipper & razor work- scissor cuts have my heart.
My color services focus on all-over tonal shifts including permanent color Single Process and more translucent Gloss’s. I do not offer any lightening services.

This service includes your choice of refresh cut to small portions of your haircut OR a moisture or protein treatment.
SINGLE PROCESS
For covering natural grays, lightening uncolored hair a little bit, or creating rich warm tones like reds and coppers — 2 hours — $100
GLOSS
For hair that needs a little luster, shine, or a rebalancing of the overall tone — 2 hours — $90
